Dr Easter and all of the staff at Paws at Rest were incredibly patient, kind, and were a very soothing presence in what was a very difficult time. Staff was incredibly responsive to my questions and were available when we needed them. Dr. Easter told us exactly what was going to happen, and was so kind to our sweet Bella. We knew it was time, and Dr Easter helped us come to terms with our decision. The online process made her visit to the house so much less stressful. Thank you so much.

I am writing to tell you how much you helped my husband and I at a most vulnerable time. Dr Michelle Easter came to our home to euthanize our beloved dog. Our dog had given us a wonderful life with her and given all she could give. Dr Michelle,  you were very respectful, patient and caring as you helped our dog over that rainbow bridge. Our dog was comfortable and had no discomfort as she slipped away peacefully. Thank you for the manner in which you treated our dog and the manner in which you treated us. Don’t ever change how you handle all of this. You couldn’t have given us a more peaceful ending to our girls’ story. Thank you again.
